【摘要】 骶管硬膜外间隙阻滞是小儿麻醉领域最为普及和常用的区域阻滞技术,具有操作简便、安全、起效快速、可靠、费用较低、降低全麻药用量、术后镇痛充分,且不影响呼吸以及发生尿潴留等优点。既往常用单次注射,阻滞节段和作用时间受到限制,且容易产生较严重的并发症。新的局部麻醉药、复合用药在力争解决这些问题的同时,降低局麻药物的不良反应,大大拓展了其临床应用空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Caudal epidural block is most commonly used local block technique in the clinic work of pediatric anesthesia.It has many advantages,including simp procedure,high safety,rapid effect,low cost,decrease of the need for systemic agents,sufficient postoperative analgesia,less risk of respiratory depression and urinary retention etc..In the past,single injection was often used,which limited the sacral block area and duration of analgesia,and could induce serious complications.The new local anesthesia medication and compound medication has been trying to solve the above mentioned problems,and has reduced the adverse reaction of local anesthesia,which greatly expands the clinical application space.更多还原
