【摘要】 Caspases家族是一类促凋亡蛋白,代表着一类细胞内的蛋白酶系统,在凋亡各个阶段发挥重要作用。细胞凋亡的发生是一个复杂caspase家族引导的蛋白酶级联反应过程,不同的细胞或不同信号转导途径诱发的凋亡过程中参与的caspase有所不同,其中caspase-3是凋亡的执行者,caspase-9在线粒体凋亡过程中发挥重要作用。现就其结构、机制,在妇科疾病中的表达及基因治疗等方面进行阐述,为妇科疾病的诊断治疗开辟新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Caspases family are pro-apoptotic proteins,which represents a class of intracellular protease system and plays a crucial role in each stage.Occurrence of apoptosis is a complex caspase family induced protease cascade process,different caspases are involved in apoptosis of different cells or different signal transduction pathways.Caspase-3 is an executor and caspase-9 performs an important role in mitochondria apoptosis.Here is to make a review on its structure,mechanism,expression in gynecological diseases and gene treatments,to explore new approaches for diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.更多还原
