【Abstract】 It is necessary for every clinician to evaluate the blood volume correctly and treat timely.However,currently the conventional hemodynamics monitoring index cannot precisely reflect the volume load of heart,especially lack of sensibility for the earlier hypovolemia.The stroke volume variation monitoring is a more accurate and convenient volume monitoring method,which can reflect the preload of heart as accurately as the other hemodynamics index,if not even better.更多还原
