【摘要】 血栓形成是目前癌症患者常见的并发症,大多数恶性肿瘤患者血小板活化程度明显高于正常人,提示血小板及其黏附分子在肿瘤血行转移中发挥了重要作用。血小板活化是恶性肿瘤患者凝血异常的关键因素,其活性表达物CD62p、CD63在肿瘤的浸润与转移中起重要作用。红曲提取物可以降低恶性肿瘤患者外周血中CD62p及CD63表达,可能会有减少肿瘤发生及转移的作用。红曲提取物对体外培养的人肿瘤细胞具有显著的抑制生长作用,在与抗肿瘤药合用时,能明显增强对肿瘤细胞的抑制,有可能成为新的抗肿瘤药或增效剂,但还有待进一步的体内和临床研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thrombosis is a common complication of patients with malignant tumor.Platelet activation in most of them are significantly higher than normal,indicating that the platelets and adhesion molecule play an important role in blood transfer.Platelet activation is the key factor of coagulopathy in malignant tumor patient.Its active expressive objects,like CD62p and CD63,play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis.Monascus extract can reduce the expression of CD62p and CD63 in malignant tumors patients′peripheral blood.There may be the function of reducing tumor happening and transfer.Monascus extract has significant inhibition of growth to people tumor cell cultured in vitro.It can significantly enhance the inhibitory action to tumor cells when united with anti-tumor drugs.So it may become a new anti-tumor medicine or synergistic agent.But it still needs further in vivo and clinical research.更多还原
