【Abstract】 Currently,various ultrasound techniques in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and in the evaluation of cardiac function have their respective superiorities and inferiorities.In recent years,combined application of tissue Doppler imaging(TDI)and other ultrasonic technologies-spectral doppler,strain rate imaging,dobutamine stress echocardiography,myocardial contrast echocardiography and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound has been widely used in the clinical practice,and has certain advantages in the evaluation of cardiac systolic and diastolic function,which has important clinical value in the early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,treatment decisions and prognosis evaluation.更多还原
