【摘要】 近年来随抗生素的普遍应用,面对抗生素耐药性增加及Hp根除率下降的情况,笔者进行了"灭Hp胶囊"、铋剂、PPI阿左痢、莫痢三联中西医结合用药,结果表明:(1)中西医结合用药可提高Hp根除率。笔者2004年报道"灭Hp胶囊"中药低量铋剂三联的疗效(97.4%)远较单用西药的低量铋剂三联(83.3%)为高。即使于2010年后丽珠维三联Hp根除率下降(72.6%)情况下,笔者改用PPI、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、痢特灵(PPI阿左痢)序贯组合与中药"灭Hp胶囊"联用(92.2%)较单用PPI阿左痢序贯(91.3%)及PPI莫(莫西沙星)痢三联(88.7%)为佳;(2)可减少痢特灵、四环素、克拉霉素以及左氧氟沙星等抗生素的不良反应;(3)可提高PU的愈合质量;对治疗慢性胃炎的急性与慢性炎症和萎缩性病变有良好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the widespread application of antibiotics in recent years,faced on the increase of antibiotic resistance and decline of Hp eradication rate,a clinical study with triple therapy of "Killing Hp Capsule",bismuth,PPI,amoxicillin-levofloxacin-furazolidone(ALF) & moxifloxacin-furazolidone(MF) on Hp eradication showed that:1) Hp eradication rate could be increased by a traditional-western combined medication.Triple therapy of "Killing Hp Capsule",traditional Chinese medicine and low dose bismuth(97.4%) had a better efficacy than western medicine alone with low dose bismuth(83.3%) which was reported by the author in 2004.Even if the eradication rate of Lizhuweisanlian decreased after 2010,PPI-ALF combined with Killing Hp Capsule(92.2%) still had a better efficacy than PPI-ALF(91.3%) and PPI-MF(88.7%).2) "Killing Hp Capsule" could reduce side effects of antibiotics such as furazolidone,tetracycline,clarithromycin and levofloxacin.3) "Killing Hp Capsule" could play an important role in the treatment of chronic gastric diseases.It was reported by the author that "Killing Hp Capsule" could improve the healing quality of PU and play a good role in the treatment of chronic gastritis,acute and chronic inflammation and atrophic lesions.更多还原
