【Abstract】 This paper describes the epidemiology of atrial fibrillation in the elderly population and its major complications.Five aspects of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation are introduced,including the risk assessment of atrial fibrillation,evidences of evidence-based medicine in anticoagulative therapy,the choice of anticoagulative drugs,the adverse reactions of anticoagulative therapy and prospect.更多还原
