膈神经脉冲刺激仪的研制
Development of phrenicus nerve stimulator
【摘要】 目的:设计一种程控电脉冲神经刺激仪(刺激器),植入动物体内长久发放电脉冲,用以帮助受损的周围神经修复。方法:刺激器采用C8051F系列单片机设计,编程环境为CygnalIDE,参考信号为家兔膈神经信号,两个信号通过MATLAB绘制波形,并对相似程度进行比较。结果:刺激器产生信号与家兔膈神经信号在频率、幅度等方面进行比较,相似程度较好。刺激器通过大量的临床实验,取得较为满意的效果。结论:该刺激器具有很好的临床应用前景,在体积和功耗上还可进一步的优化。
【Abstract】 Objective: To use analog signal from phrenicus nervus to development a new implantable nerve stimulator for treating the damaged nervus. Methods: Stimulator was designed by the C8051F chip and program environment was Cygnal IDE. The signal was compared with the signal from rabbit which were drew by Matlab. Results: The signal created by the stimulator was better than that from rabbit in frequency end amplitude. Lots of clinical experiments also showed the good results. Conclusion: The size of stimulator and its power consumption could be improved. Its application in clinical practice will be good in the future.
