新型二氧化碳点阵激光治疗系统的研制
Development of a new fractional carbon dioxide laser treatment system
【摘要】 目的:设计国内领先的新型二氧化碳点阵激光治疗系统,实现准确控制点阵激光的输出,从而得到良好的临床治疗效果。方法:利用单片机控制激光电源,通过激光功率反馈系统、独特的光束传输及点阵系统保证点阵激光的剂量,使用激光瞄准器将激光准确定位,最终得到准确的点阵激光。结果:新型二氧化碳点阵激光治疗系统可对准患者操作部位进行瞄准定位,具有2~3种焦距的镜片,并可实现矩形、三角形、圆形等图形点阵激光。结论:该系统成功克服国内激光点阵输出比较粗糙、不能准确控制点阵输出及色沉严重等缺点,得到良好的临床治疗效果。
【Abstract】 Objective:To design a leading fractional carbon dioxide laser treatment system in China to get a satisfied treatment effect. Methods:Using SCM to control the power supply of laser. Then the laser sight determine position of fractional laser was produced by the laser power-feedback system and the fractional laser delivery system . By using this system, we could get well controlled for fractional laser and got a satisfied treatment effect. Results:Using this system, we could control fractional laser dose and permitted localized treatments. We could also get 2-3 different focal length of mirror slices and various shapes and sizes of fractional laser.Conclusion:The new carbon fractional dioxide laser treatment system overcomes the failure of products made in China that the laser is rough and can not be accurately controlled. By this new system, we can get a satisfied treatment effect.
