土圞儿石油醚萃取物的GC-MS分析
Analysis of the Petroleum Ether Extract From Apios Fortunei Maxim. by GC-MS
【摘要】 目的采用GC-MS定性分析土圞儿石油醚萃取物中的化学成分组成和相对含量。方法石油醚萃取物样品经BSTFA∶TMCS(99∶1)衍生化后,采用GC-MS法测定,通过NIST数据谱库检索,结合人工解析,鉴定多种化学成分。在此基础上,测定了各组分的相对含量。结果从石油醚萃取物中检出16个色谱峰,鉴定出11个化合物,占石油醚萃取物总量的68.75%。结论土圞儿石油醚萃取物中主要含脂肪酸类成分,共有6个(54.54%),其他有氨基酸1个(9.09%),α-D-葡萄糖苷1个(9.09%),肌醇的3种同分异构体(27.27%)。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the chemical compositions and their contents in the petroleum ether extract from Apios fortunei Maxim. Methods The chemical compositions from Apios fortunei Maxim. were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry after trimethylchlorosilane derivatization.Results The chemical compositions were identified by comparison of the authentic sample and NIST database.16 chromatographic peaks were detected and among them 11 compounds were identified,which were 68.75% of the petroleum ether extract.Conclusion The main constituents of the petroleum ether extract were fatty acids,which were 54.54% of the total compositions.Among identified compounds,tryptophan,α-D-glucoside and three isomers of inositol were isolated.
