【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道超声造影血流灌注特点在子宫内膜癌与内膜息肉鉴别诊断中的价值。方法经阴道超声造影技术观察26例子宫内膜癌及30例内膜息肉的血流灌注特点,全部病例均经手术病理证实。结果内膜癌、内膜息肉在灌注时相、灌注方式、增强强度与均度、主要供血血管显示4个方面差异具有统计学意义(χ2=21.538、45.069、15.605、28.718,P<0.05),结合这4个特点诊断总准确率达92.8%。结论利用经阴道超声造影技术对血流灌注特点的分析有助于子宫内膜息肉与内膜癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of enhanced features in differential diagnosis between endometrial cancer and polyps by contrast-enhanced transvaginal sonography.Methods Total fifty-six cases were studied by contrast-enhanced TVS,who were proved pathologically endometrial cancer and polyps in our hospital.We observed their enhancement features.Final diagnosis was established by contrast-enhanced TVS.Results Twenty-six cases with endometrial cancer and thirty cases with endometrial polyps were studied,which showed total accuracy of 92.8%.There were statistically significant differences among the enhancement phases and patterns and intensity and the recognizable main vessels of lesions between endometrial cancer and polyps(χ2= 21.538,45.069,15.605,28.718,P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced TVS is valuable in the differential diagnosis between endometrial cancer and polyps.更多还原
