TRAIL联合药物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡协同机制的研究
Research on the synergistic mechanism of TRAIL combined drugs induce tumor cells apoptosis
【摘要】 肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体(tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand,TRAIL)能选择性诱导肿瘤细胞和恶性转化细胞凋亡,对大多数正常细胞却无杀伤作用,被认为是一种非常具有发展潜力的抗肿瘤因子,近年已成为国内外研究的热点。许多学者发现在 TRAIL 联合各种药物作用于肿瘤细胞的过程中二者有协同效应,但不同药物与 TRAIL 协同诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机制各不相同。
【Abstract】 Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) is a member of the TNF family of cytokines and has been shown to induce cell apoptosis in many types of tumor cells and malignant transformation cells, but not in normal cells. It is thought to be a very potential antitumor factor and has become a hot research spot. Many researchers found that a combination of TRAIL and chemotherapeutics bears a synergistic effect, but the mechanism is not fully defined.
