【摘要】 对6家培养单位的医学情报学应届、往届硕士研究生的就业竞争力进行问卷调查,结果发现医学情报学硕士生对就业岗位满意度较高,适岗速度较快。构成就业竞争力优势的核心条件为综合素质、专业技能和相关工作经历。并就如何提高医学情报学硕士研究生核心就业竞争力提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The employment competitive power of postgraduates with a Master degree of medical information science graduated from 6 institutions was investigated with questionnaires,which showed that they were satisfied with their employment position and adapted to it in a short time.The key conditions for employment competitive power were comprehensive literacy,professional skills,and related working experiences.Certain suggestions were put forward for improving their key employment competitive power.更多还原
