【摘要】 在回顾分析我国中医药人才培养现存问题的基础上,从人才培养过程的3个核心要素出发,对我国高等中医药人才培养的现状进行分析和思考。在培养目标上,倡导区分人才培养层次和类型,合理确定目标;在培养方案上,建议调整教学内容、实现传统和现代教学方式的融合,创新课程教学方法;在教学制度上,建议调整现行的考评体系,并加强专业师资队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on reviewing and analyzing the present problem in TCM talent training,this paper had analyzed and reflected the situation of TCM talent training from the 3 core elements of talent training course.In the training objectives,this paper had promoted to set reasonable objective based on distinguishing the training levels and types.In the training program,it was recommended to adjust the current teaching content,adopt integration of traditional and modern teaching approaches,reform teaching methods.In the teaching system,it is recommended to adjust the current evaluation system,and enhance teaching team construction.更多还原
