【Abstract】 Using the swot analysis method of the strategic management to investigate the development of Jiangsu Shengze Hosipital.The analysis included advantages,weaknesses,external challenges and opportunities of the hospital.In order to make the hospital better,it should intensify propaganda,ensure construction of talents,improve the management mechanism,adhere to the public benefits,and so on.By the analysis,evidences are provided for measurement and decision made for reform of public hospitals and government policy.更多还原
