西南联大内部管理制度探析

【摘要】 西南联大作为我国特定历史时期的特定产物,在其8年的办学实践中,创造了中国高等教育史上的一个奇迹,培养了一批影响中国乃至世界的优秀人才。究其原因,是因为其管理文化会通古今、融会中西,管理机制精简、高效、民主。同时积极倡导以人格、通才培养为主的育才机制,坚守学术自由、注重科学研究,强调严谨的治学和学生管理的自觉、自主。

【Abstract】 The National Southwest Associated University was a particular product of a particular historical period.Its eight years of schooling created a miracle in the education history of China,producing a batch of scholars with domestic and world-wide fame.Part of the success came from its managerial culture that made use of modern and ancient Chinese experiences,and also western experiences.Its management system was compact,efficient,and democratic.Its educational mechanism focused on the education and development of personal character.The University upheld academic freedom and gave ample emphasis on scientific research and rigorous scholarship.Its student management helped to develop students’ self-discipline and autonomy.
