提高高等医学院校图书馆核心竞争力的策略研究
Research on the Strategies of Promoting the Core Competence of Libraries in Medical Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 阐述高等医学院校图书馆核心竞争力的内涵,并从图书馆品牌、创新能力以及人才素质这3个方面论述如何提高高等医学院校图书馆的核心竞争力,从而促进图书馆的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 The paper elaborates the connotation of the core competence of libraries in medical colleges and universities,discusses how to improve it from three aspects including library brand,innovation capability and talents quality,in order to promote sustainable development of libraries.
