【Abstract】 Combined with the practices of medical sci-tech literature information resource and service platform in Shanxi province, the paper points out the problems,feasibility and significance of platform construction,elaborates the design ideas,principles and key problems supposed to be solved,proposes that the mobile platform should be used to expand the service ranges of regional sci-tech literature platform.更多还原
