【摘要】 检索2009～2011年我院口服降糖药销售数量、金额,应用限定日剂量法分析其使用情况。可见3年内用药金额呈上升趋势,二甲双胍、格列美脲、格列齐特用量居主导地位(DDDs排序前3位);阿卡波糖、二甲双胍、瑞格列奈分列销售金额排序前3位;销售金额序号与DDDs序号比值在0.20～3.50之间,即口服降糖药的使用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oral hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by counting the amount of quantity and cost,and evaluating whether they were reasonably used by defined daily dose(DDD) analysis.According to the results,metformin,glimepiride and gliclazide ranked the first 3 places in DDDs within the latest 3 years;the drugs at top 3 in cost were acarbose,metformin and repaglinide.The ratio of sales amount number and DDD number ranged between 0.20～3.50,which suggested that the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was basically rational.更多还原
