银杏叶提取物对大鼠高血压、高血糖合并高脂血症的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的:观察银杏叶提取物对大鼠高血压、高血糖合并高脂血症的治疗作用。方法:成年雄性自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,给予小剂量链脲佐菌素35 mg·kg-1腹腔注射诱导制备高血压、高血糖合并高脂血症大鼠模型。给予银杏叶提取物治疗,8周后测定大鼠血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血清中抗氧化指标及丙二醛水平。结果:银杏叶提取物治疗后,大鼠血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及丙二醛水平均较模型组显著下降,高密度脂蛋白和抗氧化酶活性则显著升高。结论:银杏叶提取物能够降低高血压、高血糖合并高脂血症大鼠的血压、血糖和血脂,并增强其机体抗氧化能力,对高血压、高血糖合并高脂血症具有一定的治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the prophylatic and therapeutic effects of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) on hypertension,hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia in rats.Methods:Adult spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet for four weeks,and then received intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin once in a dose of 35 mg·kg-1 to induce the model of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia.After treatment with GBE for 8 weeks,blood samples were collected.Blood pressure and blood levels of glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),total cholesterol,triglyeride,low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),antioxidase and malonaldehyde(MDA) were measured.Results:After the treatment of GBE,blood pressure and blood levels of glucose,HbA1C,total cholesterol,triglyeride,LDL-C and MDA were significantly lowered,the HDL levels and antioxidase activities were greatly enhanced when compared with those of the model group.Conclusion:GBE has effects of anti-oxidation and MDA lowering,and thus has therapeutic effects on blood pressure and blood levels of sugar,total cholesterol and triglyeride.Therefore,GBE has preventive and protective effects on hypertension,hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia.
