【摘要】 目的分析局限期小细胞肺癌患者的预后因素。方法根据47例局限期小细胞肺癌的性别、年龄、长期吸烟、Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)、体重下降、肺外表现、部位、血红蛋白、血小板计数、血清白蛋白、综合治疗等因素进行Kaplan-Meier及COX回归分析。结果 Kaplan-Meier分析示:部位、血小板计数、血清白蛋白水平等影响患者的生存,COX回归分析示:血小板计数是影响预后的独立因素。结论对局限期小细胞肺癌患者进行综合治疗,提高治疗前的血清白蛋白水平及降低血小板计数至正常水平可望改善该病的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prognostic factors in limited small cell lung cancer,in order to guide the clinic work.Methods In 47 cases limited small cell lung cancer,Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and COX regression were administered to analyze some clinic factors such as:gender,age,continual smoking,scale of KPS,weight loss,manifestation of extra lung,pre-treatment platelet count,pre-treatment serum albumin,synthetic treatment,etc.Results Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that sites,per-treatment platelet count,serum albumin,synthetic treatment,were the prognostic factorsin limited small cell lung cancer,and COX regression showed only pre-treatment platelet count was the indepe ndent prognostic factor in limited small cell cancer.Conclusion Pre-treatment platelet count is the independent prognostic factor in limited small cell lung cancer.sites pre-treatment serum albumin,synthetic treatment only may affect the prognosis in limited small cell lung cancer.Before the treatment,downturn the platelet count to normal,and up-turn the scale of serum albumin may improve the prognosis of limited small cell lung cancer.更多还原
