【摘要】 目的探讨经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术后近期并发症的可能原因及防治方法,提高ERCP的安全性。方法回顾性分析526例ERCP术后各种并发症发生的原因、危险因素及预防方法。结果 ERCP术后发生并发症30例(5.77%),包括急性胰腺炎26例(4.9%),其中1例为重症胰腺炎;急性胆管炎1例(0.19%),治疗无效死亡;十二指肠穿孔1例(0.19%),转外科手术治愈;上消化道出血2例(0.41%),经内镜治疗出血停止。结论 ERCP技术是安全的,但其并发症的发生在一定程度上难以避免。术者的技术熟练程度和术中的准确判断与处理,以及预防药物的使用是术后并发症预防和治疗的关键。严格掌握ERCP的适应证、禁忌证,加强内镜医师的技术培训,提高ERCP风险认识等可以减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes and treatment of complications of ERCP cases of ERCP and to improve the safe of ERCP.Methods Retrospecticely analyzed 526 cases carried out with ERCP.The possible risk factors,causes and prevent were analyzed.Results 30 of 526 were accompanied with complications.There were 26(4.9%)acute pancreatitis including 1 Sever Acute Pancreatitis with MODS after operation.1(0.19%)cholangetitis,dead of sepsis.1(0.19%)perforations,cured after operation.2(0.41%)Hemorrhages cured after endoscopic treatment.Conclusion ERCP is safe but Complications can not avoid and Skilled operations and using medicines are essential measures.Controlling the indication strictly and training the Endoscopy doctors are sufficant methods to diminish complications.更多还原
