【摘要】 目的观察比较夫西地酸钠和阿洛西林钠治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法将2010年5月—2011年5月在我院确诊为急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患儿120例随机分为3组,对照组40例,夫西地酸钠组40例,阿洛西林钠组40例。对照组给予一般常规治疗,不加用任何抗菌药物;夫西地酸钠组在一般常规治疗的基础上给予夫西地酸钠针10~20 mg/(kg.d),2次/d,疗程7 d;阿洛西林钠组在一般常规治疗的基础上给予阿洛西林钠针100~200 mg/(kg.d),2次/d,疗程7 d。结果夫西地酸钠组(91.7%)和阿洛西林钠组(82%)总有效率明显高于对照组(26.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);夫西地酸钠组和阿洛西林钠组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论夫西地酸钠和阿洛西林钠治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎均有效,夫西地酸钠较阿洛西林钠更加显效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the efficiency of Fusidate Sodium and Azlocillin Sodium on the treatment of Pediatric Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis.Methods One hunderd and twenty cases diagnosed as Pediatric Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis in our hospital form May,2010 to May,2011 were randomly dividede into three groups: the control group(40 cases),Fusidate Sodium group(40 cases) and Azlocillin Sodium group(40 cases).The control group received general routine therapy without antibiotic.Fusidate Sodium group received general routine therspy combined with Fusidate Sodium Injection(10~20 mg/kg ivgtt,twice pre day,course of 7 days).Azlociuin Sodium group received general rotine therapy combined with Azlociuin Sodium Injection(100~200mg/kg ivgtt,twice pre day,course of 7 days).Results The total effective rate of Fusidate Sodium Injection group(91.7%) and Azlociuin Sodium Injection group(82%) was obvious higher than the control group(26.7%),and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference of total effective rate between Fusidate Sodium Injection group and Azlociuin Sodium Injection group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Fusidate Sodium and Azlociuin Sodium are apparently effective on the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsiuitis,and Fusidate Sodium is more efficiency than Azlociuin Sodium.So it is worthy to recommend its clinical use.更多还原
