【摘要】 目的探讨老年早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析17例腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的老年患者的临床资料。结果 17例老年患者均通过保守治疗获得痊愈,平均肠梗阻缓解时间为11.2 d(7 d~21 d)。结论老年患者腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻采用保守治疗可以获得较为满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory obstruction of small intestine in eIderIy patients.Methods Retrospecively analyzed the clinical data of 17 cases of early postoperative inflammatory obstruction of small intestine in eIderIy patients.Results All of cases were cured and recovered without operation.The symptom of inflammatory obstruction were disappeared,the mean time from the onset of symptoms to the recovery of bowel function was 11.2 d(range:7 d~21 d).Conclusion Conservative therapy proved to be safe and effective in eIderIy patients with early postoperative inflammatory obstruction of small intestine.更多还原
