【摘要】 目的:观察沙美特罗替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute exacerbation of chronicobstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法:选择确诊的AECOPD患者42例,随机分为噻托溴铵治疗组(对照组,n=21)和沙美特罗替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗组(联合治疗组,n=21)。两组患者均辅以吸氧、祛痰、静脉应用抗菌药物等综合治疗,观察疗效及不良反应。结果:联合治疗组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%预计值显著提高,动脉血气指标改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3周后联合治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组。结论:联合使用沙美特罗氟替卡松和噻托溴铵较单独使用噻托溴铵对AECOPD患者疗效好,在肺通气功能及动脉血气指标上改善更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Salmeterol Fluticasone combined with Tiotropium on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:42 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by Tiotropium(n=21),and the combined treatment group(n=21) was plused use of Salmeterol Fluticasone besides Tiotropium.All patients were supplemented with oxygen,expectorant,intravenous use of antimicrobial drugs treatment.We observed the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predicted were significantly improved.The improvement of arterial blood gas’indicators was more obvious,The difference was conspicuously significant(P<0.05).After three weeks’treatment,the efficacy of the combined treatment group was notably better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of Salmeterol Fluticasone combined with Tiotropium for patients with AECOPD is better than that of treated by triamcinolone urea cream alone,and the pulmonary ventilation function and arterial blood gas’indicators are conspicuously improved.更多还原
