【摘要】 目的:应用改良的脂肪抽吸移植技术治疗臀部凹陷的临床效果观察。方法:2010年12月-2011年10月对于18例患者,应用3L3M技术进行脂肪抽取和三个层次自体颗粒脂肪均匀注射于目标区,治疗臀部凹陷。结果:18例患者切口均一期恢复。经6～12个月随访,全部患者抽脂部位平整,形态良好;臀部移植脂肪成活率高,仅有少量吸收,且局部形态均匀,术后臀部形态满意。结论:3L3M自体脂肪移植技术联合三层次脂肪注射移植的方法可以提高自体脂肪移植丰臀的脂肪成活率和提高手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To correct the depression of gluteal region with modified technique of liposuction and transplant.Methods:From December 2010 to October 2011,18 patients undergone liposuction with 3L3M technique and fat injection at gluteal region in three layers to correct the depression.Results:The follow-up period was from 6 months to 12 months.All incisions were primary healing.The donor sites were smooth and had good outlines.The survival of fat transplanting to gluteal region was high and the fat was absorbed little.The gluteal regions were also smooth and had good outlines.Conclusion:The 3L3M technique combined with fat injection in three layers can improve the survival of fat for buttocks augmentation and outcomes.更多还原
