【摘要】 目的:探索一种简单、有效地面部自体脂肪填充矫治面部轮廓的方法。方法:2010年12月-2011年12月对于17例患者,通过局麻药少量精确双侧眶下神经阻滞麻醉,后行双侧眶睑沟、鼻唇沟或上唇自体脂肪少量、多点、多层次精确注射填充矫治局部形态不佳。结果:17例患者注射过程无明显疼痛感觉,脂肪填充位置精确,注射量合适。经4～12个月随访,局部脂肪有一定的吸收,但局部形态均匀一致,患者满意率高。结论:精确眶下神经阻滞可以有效减少中面部自体脂肪填充注射中的疼痛,提高舒适度;并且使术者有条件精确控制脂肪填充量和位置,提高手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Correct the outline of face with a simple and effective autologous fat transplant.Methods:From December 2010 to December 2011,17 patients undergone accurate local anesthesia of infraorbital nerve with small dose anesthetic agent,then small volume fat was injected in groove between orbital and palpebrae,nasolabial groove and upper lip to correct the outlines.The fat was injected in multi-point and multi-layer.Results:All the patients felt no pain in the procedure.The position and volume of fat injected were accurate.The follow-up period was from 4 months to 12 months.Some fat was absorbed but the outlines were smooth.The patients were all satisfied with the outcomes.Conclusion:Accurate local anesthesia of infraorbital nerve relieve the pain of fat transplant in midface and improve the comfort.Furthermore the operator can control the positions and volume of fat accurately and can improve the outcomes of operation.更多还原
