【摘要】 目的:探讨更昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎的疗程。方法:对2008年1月—2011年12月在我院住院治疗的15d～1岁且感染CMV的66例患儿,随机分为治疗1组和治疗2组各33例,治疗1组给予GCV 5mg/kg,2次/d,静脉滴注,连用2周。治疗2组给予GCV 5mg/kg,2次/d,静脉滴注,连用2周作为诱导期,接着给予维持期治疗,即予GCV 5mg/kg,1次/d,静脉滴注,连用14d,两组均给予保肝退黄治疗。治疗前、后查肝肾功能、血常规,监测其血CMV-IgM水平。结果:治疗2组的SB和ALT恢复正常的时间均较治疗1组短,差异有显著性。GCV治疗2个月后随访治疗2组的CMV-IgM转阴率为87.88%明显高于治疗1组的36.36%,差异有显著性。结论:GCV诱导期加14d维持期的治疗CMV肝炎临床症状好转快,缩短病程,能获得较高的CMV-IgM转阴率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore ganciclovir treatment course on cytomegalovirus hepatitis of Infants.Methods:A total of 66 hospitalized infants aged from 15 days to 1 year with CMV hepatitis from department of pediatrics,Jiyuan women and children’s hospital during Jan.2008 to Dec.2011 were chosed.They were divided into two groups.Group 1 were given GCV 5mg/kg,twice a day for two weeks,and group 2 were given GCV 5mg/kg,twice a day for two weeks plus two weeks maintenance phase treatment(GCV 5mg/kg,once a day for 14 days).Liver function,kidney and blood routine were checked before and after treatment,the levels f their serum CMV-IgM were monitored.Results:The recovery time of SB and ALT in group 2 were shorter than which in group1,the difference was significant.The negativity rate of CMV-IgM in group 2(87.88%) was significantly higher than which in group 1(36.36%),the difference was significant too.Conclusion:GCV induction period plus 14 days of the maintenance phase of treatment of CMV hepatitis could make clinical symptoms improve quickly and shorten the course,what’s more,have higher CMV-IgM negative conversion rate.更多还原
