【摘要】 目的:探讨异丙肾上腺素制备大鼠心衰模型的方法及其对心功能的影响。方法:采用连续腹腔注射ISO制作大鼠慢性心衰模型,测定脏器指数、血流动力学指标及病理学观察。结果:模型组大鼠脏器指数、血流动力学指标及心脏病理学改变明显。结论:大鼠腹腔注射异丙基肾上腺素可有效建立大鼠慢性心衰模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the method of isoproterenol induced chronic heart failure and its effects to cardiac function.Methods:The rats were given isoproterenol by intraperitoneal injection to simulate chronic heart failure models.After 10 days,to measure the organ indices,haemodynamics and to observe pathologic identification.Results:Compared with control group,the organ indices,haemodynamics and pathologic identification of the model group showed significant differences.Conclusion:The method of isoproterenol induced chronic heart failure is efficient.更多还原
