【摘要】 目的:观察川芎嗪对肾间质纤维化大鼠MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响并探讨其可能机制。方法:将32只雌性SD大鼠,随机分为4组,Shan组、模型组、川芎嗪治疗组、缬沙坦治疗组,并测定术后第14天MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达情况。结果:模型组肾小管间质区域以及肾小管上皮细胞MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达明显增强,川芎嗪治疗组与缬沙坦治疗组都能下调MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达,但两组间无显著差异。结论:川芎嗪通过下调MMP-9、TIMP-1表达,进而减缓肾纤维化的病程进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Ligustrazine on renal interstitial fibrosis and its mechanism.Methods:Tirty-two female SD rats were divided into a sham-operated group,a UUO model group,a valsartan treated group and a Ligustrazine treated group.All rats were sacrificed 14 days after UUO.The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were detected.Results:The expression and distribution of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were strong in UUO model group.Valsartan and Ligustrazine could decrease the expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1.There was no significant difference between valsartan group and Ligustrazine group.Conclusion:Ligustrazine could rilieve the renal intersitial fibrosis by decreasing MMP-9 and TIMP-1.更多还原
