【Abstract】 With the development of modern biomedical science and technology,death standard are increasingly attracting a widespread concern.The proposal of the concept of "brain death" and its diagnostic standards is of great significance for recognizing death standards in a new perspective.Till now,many countries have legislated on brain death standards.China should learn the legislation experiences from foreign countries and from Hong Kong and Taiwan,so as to confirm brain death through legislation and increase the general public’s awareness of death.更多还原
