【摘要】 我国2009年的医改方案提出要探索注册医师多点执业,但这一制度作为医改的重要内容,却没有稳步实施。本文结合我国实际,从人事分配制度、保障制度、执业风险等方面分析了医生多点执业政策推行受阻的原因,并介绍了国外医生多点执业的管理模式;在此基础上,从政府管理、保证医疗安全、平衡相关者利益等方面,提出了促进医师多点执业制度稳步推进的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Registered doctors’ multi-sited licensed practice,an important component of healthcare reform,has been proposed by China in 2009,while it has not been implemented steadily.In combination with the actual situation in China,this paper analyzes the reasons for the obstacles in the implementation of doctors’ multi-sited licensed policy from the perspectives of the human resource system,security system,and practice risks,etc.,introduces the management modes of doctors’ multi-sited licensed practice in foreign countries,and puts forward the suggestion of promoting the steady implementation of doctors’ multi-sited licensed system from the perspectives of government supervision,the insurance of medical safety,and interests balance of related parties,etc..更多还原
