【摘要】 目的了解抗结核板式组合药治疗初治涂阳肺结核不良反应发生情况。方法 246例初治涂阳病例随机分为2组,甲组110例,服用2HRZE/4H3R3板式组合药,乙组136例,服用2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3板式组合药。治疗中每月门诊随访检查血常规、肝肾功能。结果甲组消化道反应发生率10.9%,肝功能损害7.3%,过敏性皮炎5.5%,关节疼痛0.9%,白细胞减少2.7%;乙组分别为11.8%,8.1%,5.9%,1.5%,3.7%。两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2HRZE/4H3R3化疗方案与2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3化疗方案对治疗初治涂阳病人均是安全有效的,2种板式组合药不良反应以胃肠道反应最多见,大多数不良反应症状较轻,临床使用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the adverse reaction of initial smear positive tuberculosis after treatment of plate assembled drug.Method Randomly divide the 246 cases of initial smear patients into two groups.110 case in group A take 2HRZE/4H3R3 assembled drugs;and 136 cases in group B take 2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3 assembled drugs.Do blood routine,liver and kidney function examination each month during the treatment.Results Results In group A,the reaction rate of digestive tract was 10.9%,liver function damage was 7.3%,allergic dermatitis was 5.5%,arthralgia was 0.9%,and leucopenia was 2.7%;in group B,they were 11.8%,8.1%,5.9%,1.5%,3.7% respectively.There was no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The chemotherapy scheme of 2HRZE/4H3R3 and 2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3 had the same safety and efficacy.The adverse reaction of these two drugs showed gastrointestinal reaction.Most of the adverse reactions was slight,and clinical use was safety.更多还原
