【摘要】 目的了解江门市区华支睾吸虫病感染状况,为制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法采集不同年龄、不同性别、不同职业人群血清,应用ELISA法检测人群华支睾吸虫抗体。结果共检测13 745例,华支睾吸虫抗体阳性1913例,总阳性率为13.92%。其中男性阳性率为15.95%,女性阳性率为11.60%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=53.94,P﹤0.01)。在各年龄组中随年龄增大,感染率逐渐增加,51岁后开始下降;各年龄组中,男性以21～60岁组感染率最高,平均为19.81%,而女性以21～50岁组感染率最高,平均为17.40%,各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=400.06,P﹤0.01)。职业以干部的阳性率最高,为19.02%;其次是工人,为14.46%;学生阳性率最低,为8.62%;4类职业之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=166.95,P﹤0.01)。结论江门市区人群华支睾吸虫感染属中度流行区。人群华支睾吸虫感染与生活习惯和卫生条件等密切相关。应加强卫生宣传教育,防止感染,普查普治,有效控制人群华支睾吸虫病的感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the infection status of clonorchis sinensis in Jiangmen City and provide scientific basis for formulating control measures.Method Collect the blood serum of people in different ages,genders and professions,and use ELISA to detect the antibody against clonorchis sinensis.Results Total of 13 745 cases were test detected and 1 913 were antibody positive,with the positive rate of 13.92%.Of which,the positive rate of male was 15.95% and the positive rate of female was 11.60%,and there was significant difference between these two(χ2=53.94,P﹤0.01).The positive rate increased along with the age,but began to fall after 51 years old.Males between 21 and 60 years old had the highest positive rate(19.81%) and females between 21 and 50 years old had the highest positive rate(17.40%).There was statistical significance among different ages(χ2=400.06,P﹤0.01).The positive rate of cadres was the highest,which was 19.02%,followed by workers(14.46%),and students had the lowest positive rate(8.62%).There was statistical significance among the 4 different occupations(χ2=166.95,P﹤0.01).Conclusions The infection of clonorchis sinensis in Jiangmen City was moderate,and was closely related to living habit and health condition.We should strengthen health propaganda and education to prevent infection,and develop ganeral survey and treatment to control the infection of clonorchis sinensis.更多还原
