【摘要】 目的探讨阿米替林的不良反应,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法对8家精神疾病类杂志等近20年有关阿米替林不良反应的个案报告和作者临床监测到的病例进行统计分析。结果阿米替林的不良反应/事件累及10大系统-器官25种临床表现,新发现的不良反应有精神障碍、白细胞减少、致畸等,长期应用可出现依赖。15天内出现不良反应者84.91%。结论阿米替林不良反应较多,临床用药要慎重,并注意观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate amitriptyline adverse reaction event,provide a reference for clinical safety of drugs.Methods To analyze the 8 kinds of mental journal for the past 20 years,case reports of adverse reactions amitriptyline and clinical monitoring of author.Results Amitriptyline adverse reaction/event,included 10 major categories and 25 kinds of clinical manifestations.Newly discovered adverse reactions include mental disorders,leukopenia,teratogenic,etc.Long-term use may induce dependence.84.91% adverse reaction occur within 15 days.Conclusion Amitriptyline adverse reactions are more,clinical use should be carefully,pay attention to observation.更多还原
