【Abstract】 The aggregative cases of adverse drug reactions/events(ADR/ADE) at our hospital in 2011 were statistically analyzed,and the causes were explained.Suggestions were given to reduce the damage induced by ADR/ADE.Intensive monitoring was given to the related clinical departments and largely used drugs to ensure the patients’ medication safety.更多还原
