复合污染条件下石油烃在扇贝体内的积累状况
Accumulation of Petroleum Hydrocarbon in Chlamys Farreri Exposed to Combined Pollutants
【摘要】 采用室内模拟天然海水养殖栉孔扇贝方法,通过石油烃单一污染实验与石油烃、Cd、Pb复合污染实验结果对比,探讨石油烃与重金属Cd、Pb复合污染下石油烃在栉孔扇贝体内的积累状况.结果表明:石油烃与不同种类及浓度的重金属复合污染条件下,石油烃在栉孔扇贝体内的积累状况有很大差异.与0.6 mg/L的石油烃单一污染相比较,石油烃-Cd、石油烃-Pb、石油烃-Cd-Pb的3种不同复合污染实验条件下,石油烃在栉孔扇贝体内的积累量都增大,说明实验设置浓度的Cd、Pb及其组合都促进了石油烃在栉孔扇贝体内的积累,但0.05 mg/L的Cd、0.50 mg/L的Pb以及0.03 mg/L的Cd+0.15mg/L的Pb组合3种情形更有利于促进石油烃在栉孔扇贝体内的积累.
【Abstract】 Laboratary simulating accumulation of petroleum hydrocarbon in Chlamys farreri is studied.Experiments of single petroleum hydrocarbon pollution and combined pollution of petroleum hydrocarbon-heavy metal Cd-Pb are conducted.The results show that the accumulation of petroleum hydrocarbon in Chlamys farreri,compared with 0.6 mg/L of single petroleum hydrocarbon pollution,increases in all three experiments: combining petroleum hydrocarbon with Cd,petroleum hydrocarbon with Pb,petroleum hydrocarbon with Cd and Pb.It also shows that the accumulation is significantly promoted when concentration of Cd and Pb are 0.05mg/L and 0.50mg/L respectively,or 0.03 mg/L Cd is combined with 0.15mg/L Pb.
