【摘要】 目的:分离纯化半边旗中抗肿瘤活性成分6F(即7β,9-二羟基-15-氧-对映-贝壳杉烷-16-烯-19,6β-内酯)。方法:采用二氧化碳超临界萃取、结晶与重结晶、硅胶柱层析方法进行分离、纯化6F;采用HPLC-MS、HPLC和TLC检测6F的纯度。结果:经HPLC和TLC检测,可以得到6F的纯化合物。结论:采用结晶与重结晶、硅胶柱层析方法,可有效纯化半边旗中抗肿瘤成分6F。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To obtain an active antitumor compound 6F(7β,9-dihydroxy-15-oxo-ent-kaur-16——en-19,6β-olide) from Pteris semipinnata L..Methods:Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,crystallization,recrystallization and column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the compound 6F.The purity of 6F was detected by HPLC-MS,HPLC and TLC.Results:The purified compound 6F was confirmed by HPLC and TLC.Conclusion:The antitumor compound 6F is obtained by the isolation and purification using methods above.更多还原
