【摘要】 目的:探讨应用新活素对伴有胸腔积液的心衰患者短期应用的临床疗效。方法:选用24例心衰伴胸腔积液的临床患者。随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合应用新活素为期7d的短期治疗,观察治疗前后的临床效果。结果:1周后两组心功能、NT-proBNP、胸片及临床症状相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于心衰伴有胸腔积液的患者,应用新活素进行治疗效果确切,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the short-term application of rh-BNP for treatment of pleural effusion with heart failure.Methods:24 cases of heart failure with pleural effusion were selected.They were patients treated.They were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The control group was given conventional anti-failure therapy,while the treatment group was given a 7d treatment applying rh-BNP based on the control group.The clinical effects before and after treatment were observed.Results:After one week,the cardiac function,NT-proBNP,chest radiograph and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with pleural effusion associated with heart failure,the application of rh-BNP for treatment is worth to promote the clinical use.更多还原
