【摘要】 目的:观察双歧杆菌治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选择婴幼儿腹泻患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组患儿给予一般治疗,实验组患儿在对照组治疗基础上,给予双歧杆菌治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:对照组患儿总有效率为75.52%;实验组患儿总有效率为95.92%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用双歧杆菌治疗婴幼儿腹泻,可以取得较满意的效果,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bifidobacterium on infantile diarrhea.Methods:Outpatients in our hospital from August20092011July treated98 cases of infantile diarrhea,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group.Control group children were given general treatment method,in the experimental group in the control group on the basis of treatment,given Bifidobacterium treatment,two groups were compared the treatment effect.Results:in the control group in the total efficiency was 75.52%;in the experimental group always businesslike for 95.92%,the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the use of Bifidobacterium in treating infantile diarrhea,can get more satisfactory results,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
