【摘要】 目的通过探讨正常早孕妇女和有复发性流产史的早孕妇女之间绒毛及蜕膜组织中趋化因子12(CXCL12)的表达,了解CXCL12在妊娠中的作用。方法通过免疫组织化学分别检测30例正常早孕妇女和有复发性流产史的早孕妇女绒毛及蜕膜组织中CXCL12的表达情况。结果正常早孕妇女与有复发性流产史的早孕妇女绒毛组织和蜕膜组织中CXCL12的表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妊娠早期绒毛及蜕膜组织中CXCL12的表达下降,可能在不明原因复发性流产的发生中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of stromal cell-derived factor 1(CXCL12)in villus and decidua tissues of the normal early pregnant women and the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortions(URSA) patients so as to find out the role of CXCL12 in pregnancy. Methods Immunohistochemistry was utilized to investigate the expression of CXCL12 in villus and decidua tissues of 30 normal early pregnancy women and URSA patients. Results The expression of CXCL12 in villus tissues of the normal early pregnancy women was higher than URSA patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The lower level of CXCL12 might be a risk factor of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortions.更多还原
