【摘要】 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患儿发生的危险因素。方法选择2006年6月—2010年12月在本院和兰州市妇幼保健院出生的80例SAH患儿和同期出生的228例健康儿,进行回顾性分析,对两组临床资料进行对照研究,应用χ2检验及Logitic多元回归分析其发生的危险因素。结果综合统计学分析结果,与对照组比较,病例组差异有统计学意义的因素分别为(按发生率高低):窒息、宫内窘迫、反复呼吸暂停、感染、急产、胎头吸引产和产钳助产。窒息、宫内窘迫、胎头吸引产、产钳助产和急产均可能是SAH发生的相关高危因素(P<0.05)。结论应加强孕期健康教育和产前检查,提高产前、产时、产后诊断水平,以早期防治蛛网膜下腔出血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors for the pathogenesis of neonatal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)and their correlative risk factors for the purpose of establishing early prophylaxis and treatment.Methods A case-control study was performed between 80 cases of babies with SAH and 228 cases of normal healthy newborns.All the subjects were the in-patient newborns in our NICU and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Lanzhou from June 2006 to Dec.2010.Data of risk factors were processed with both χ2 test and multiple Logitic regression analysis.Results The statistic analysis showed that(according to the level of morbidity)asphyxia,fetal distress,repeated apnea,infection,precipitate labor,vacuum extraction and forceps delivery were significant risk factors for subarachnoid hemorrhage.The probable high-risk factors(P<0.05)linked to SAH are asphyxia,fetal distress,vacuum extraction,forceps delivery and precipitate labor.Conclusion In order to prevent and cure SAH at an early stage,pregnancy health education and prenatal examination should be strengthened to improve prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum diagnostic techniques.更多还原
