【摘要】 在目前备煤和炼焦工艺固定的条件下,炼焦煤的性质仍是决定焦炭质量的惟一重要因素,作为与焦炭强度密切相关的粘结性指标的研究受到重视。本文根据煤的成焦特性和粘结剂的性质,对炼焦用单种煤直接配入粘结药剂,进行提高其粘结性的试验研究。试验表明粘结药剂对焦煤、肥煤、瘦煤和弱粘煤的粘结性能的提高具有很好的效果。确定了最佳添加量为1型粘结剂为4‰,2型粘结剂为2‰。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the stationary conditions of coal preparation and coking process,the nature of coking coal is still the only important factor determining the coke quality.As the index closely related to the binding properties research,the coke strength is got more and more attention.According to the coke formation characteristic of coal and binder properties,the test was carried out that in the single coal coking blended binder directly to improve its adhesion.Experiments show that the binder has very good effect to improve the adhesive performance for coking coal,fat coal,lean coal and weakly caking coal.It is determined that the optimum adding amount of 1-binder is 4‰and 2-binder is 2‰.更多还原
