【摘要】 以双边对称圆弧型线为例,对棱杆压缩机的阴阳转子型线进行了设计,同时介绍了棱杆压缩机其它主要零部件的设计或选型方法。针对设计完成的棱杆压缩机试验样机,采用CFD分析软件进行了动态数值模拟。仿真结果表明,该压缩机不仅具有优良的内压缩过程,而且可以达到非常高的压缩压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of bilateral symmetric arc rotor profile of prismatic-shaft compressor was designed,and the design and selection methods about other key parts of prismatic-shaft compressor were illustrated.The compaction process of the prismatic-shaft compressor experimental prototype was simulated by means of CFD software package.The simulation results showed that this kind of compressor not only has nice compression process,but also is able to get higher compression pressure.更多还原
