【摘要】 优化了竹叶天然染料提取的条件及提取液对真丝绸染色的条件.讨论了NaOH用量、提取温度、提取时间、料液比等对提取效果的影响,染色pH、染色温度、染色时间等对真丝绸染色效果的影响.结果发现:碱性条件可以提取到更多的竹叶天然染料,提取的优化工艺为:氢氧化钠0.30 mol/L,提取温度100℃,提取时间60 min,料液比1∶40.竹叶提取液对真丝绸直接染色的优化工艺为:染色pH=5,染色温度80℃,染色时间为60 min.此外,碱性提取物染色真丝绸具有一定的牢度,媒染可适当提高染色牢度.更多还原

【Abstract】 The extraction conditions for natural dye from bamboo and the dyeing conditions on silk fabric with the extract were optimized.Factors exerting influence on extraction results such as NaOH concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time,solid to liquid and factors exerting influence on dyeing results of silk fabric such as dyeing pH,dyeing temperature,and dyeing time were discussed.It was found that there was more natural dyes in alkaline extracting conditions.The optimum conditions for the extraction were as follows:0.30 mol/L of NaOH,extracting at 100 ℃ for 60 min,1∶40 of solid to liquid ratio.The optimum dyeing conditions for silk fabric were as follows:5 of pH,dyeing at 80 ℃ for 60 min.Furthermore,the dyed silk fabric with alkaline extracts had certain fastness and the color fastnesses could be improved by mordant dyeing.更多还原
