【摘要】 介绍了涤纶织物染深性较差的原因;采用低折射率增深剂对涤纶染色织物进行增深整理,可降低涤纶织物表面对光的反射率,提高织物的染色深度.通过正交试验,优化了增深整理工艺参数:增深剂用量50 g/L、180℃焙烘90 s,整理后织物K/S值达到28.89,升华牢度有所提高,但是吸收波长和色光均未发生改变.更多还原

【Abstract】 The reason of poor color depth of dyed polyester fabrics was introduced.Polyester fabrics were treated to improve the color depth using low refractive deepening agent,which could reduce the refractive index of polyester to light and improve the color depth of dyed fabric.Through orthogonal experiment design,the recipe and process conditions of deepening finish was optimized: the dosage of deepening agent 50 g/L,baking temperature 180 ℃,baking time 90 s.The apparent color depth of finished fabrics reached 28.89,and the sublimating fastness was improved.However,the absorbance wavelength and the hue were unchanged.更多还原
