【摘要】 通过对REDD+的理念的提出、内涵以及延伸,结合我国实际的国情和林情,针对我国林业碳汇的政策法律体系还处于初级阶段,各种规章制度尚不完善,对我国林业碳汇的相关政策及法律法规进行了系统的分析与总结,深入探讨研究在政策方面实施REDD+机制的可行性,并针对我国林业经济的政策现状及存在问题,从政策法律体系、林业碳汇产权归属、碳汇交易制度三个方面提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the propose,connotation and extension of REDD+ mechanism,combined with China’s national conditions and forest feeling,raised that our county’s forestry policy system of legal system is still in the primary stage,all kinds of rules and regulations is not perfect.After analyzing and summarizing the economic policies of the forestry carbon sequestration in China,The author believes that China has the feasibility to implement the REDD+ mechanism.This paper also addresses recommendations to solve the existing problems in our forestry economic policies.更多还原
