【摘要】 目的:建立联苯双酯片剂的溶出度测定方法。方法:方法采用桨法,以2.0%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液为溶出介质,转速75 r.min-1,取样时间60 min;采用HPLC法测定溶出量。结果:不同生产厂家的联苯双酯片剂的溶出度存在显著差异。结论:所建方法可为提高联苯双酯片剂质量标准,建立合理的溶出度方法提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method of dissolution test of bifendate tablets.Methods: The paddle method was used with 2.0% sodium dodecyl as dissolution medium at a rotate speed of 75 r·min-1,sampling time was 60 minutes.HPLC method was used to determine the content of bifendate.The dissolution of different brands of Bifendate tablets was investigated.Results: The results showed bifendate tablets from different manufactures are significant differences in dissolution.Conclusion: For bifendate tablets,the proposed method provides a basis for establishing a reasonnble dissolution test method and improving quanlity standards.更多还原
