【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃化冷冻人早期胚胎的效果。方法应用玻璃化冷冻保存技术存了31例患者的105枚4~16细胞期的早期胚胎。结果对102枚冷冻胚胎进行了解冻,存活92枚,胚胎存活率为90.2%(92/102),存活胚胎均匀移植,种植18枚,种植率为19.57%(18/92),共进行了32个冷冻胚胎移植周期,获得10例妊娠,妊娠率31.25%(10/32)。结论玻璃化冷冻保存技术是一种冷冻保存人类早期胚胎的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the clinical value of vitrification of human early embryos.Methods 105 embryos 4~16 cells from 31 cases were vitrified.Results Of the 102 embryos which were thawed,92 embryos survived(90.20%) and transferred.18 were implanted(19.57%).32 cycles were transfered,10cycles of which go to clinical pregnancy(31.25%).Conclusion vitrification can be an effective me thod for cryopreservation of human carly embryos.更多还原
