一种标校乳腺电阻抗扫描成像系统调理模块装置的开发
Development of Calibration Device for Signal Processing Modules of EIS System
【摘要】 目的:研究开发对乳腺电阻抗扫描成像系统(electrical impedance scanning system,EIS)调理模块进行标校的装置。方法:以高精度电阻为定标参考源,分析实测阻抗值和定标电阻值之间的差别,得到各频率下阻抗幅值和相位校正参数。结果:开发了用于EIS调理模块进行标校的装置,使用该装置对EIS进行标校后,在100~200 kHz的较高频段,系统准确性最大可提高15%,均一性最大可提高18%。结论:使用设计的系统对EIS成像系统标校,可提高EIS成像系统的精度。
【Abstract】 Objective To research and design a calibration device for the signal processing modules of EIS system.Methods High-precision resistor was used to set the standard reference source so as to analyze the difference between measured impedance value and the reference resistor value,then the correction parameters of impedance magnitude and phase for each frequency were obtained.Results The accuracy and homogeneity of the EIS system could be improved by 15% and 18% at best respectively after calibration between 100-200 kHz.Conclusion The accuracy and sensitivity of EIS system can be improved by using the calibration device.
